  • Izabella Kert

    In the heart of the 6th district in Budapest, on the corner of Podmaniczky, Rózsa and Izabella streets we have constructed an architecturally unique condominium with 185 flats of various sizes. The building includes a beautiful landscaped garden with a fountain and big roof terraces, which provide a green and calm oasis to its residents. The excellent central location of the building makes it easily accessible by metro, tram or troli. The building was handed over in the summer of 2004.

  • Stefánia Ház

    This residential project included the reconstruction of two buildings in Budapest, in the heart of the embassy-quarter, in the 14th district, on the elegant Stefania road. Both exclusive condominiums were constructed in Art Deco Style, showing modern patches in the row of embassies. The buildings were handed over in 2003 and are sold out.

  • Rózsa Udvar

    Rózsa Udvar - the Rose Courtyard - includes 114 superb quality apartments situated in Budapest's historical, centrally located and recently rejuvenated 7th district, in Rózsa St. 23-25. The apartment house includes unique apartments, penthouses and a commom roof garden. The 7-storey building consists of 2 levels of underground car parking and a courtyard garden for the exclusive use of the residents. The street façade is set back, forming a small green square shaped area in front of the building. The stores located on the ground floor face to this area. The "Pest Broadway", the 100 hectare City Park and Hero’s Square and the Keleti railway station are all within 10 minutes walk from the project. The building was handed over in October 2007.

    The Új Pest Office Park is situated in one of the most valuable areas in the center of Budapest's 4th district, in the area bordered by Tél, Anonymus, Erzsébet and Lebstück M. Streets. The Office Park is easily accessible both from the city center and from the Danube bank. It is only 5 kms from the city center and is easily reached both by public transportation and by car. We built Új Pest Office Park in 2001 as an „A” category building suited to meet the needs of the 21st century. The Office Park was sold in 2005.
