Shikun & Binui R.E.D. is an affiliate of the Shikun & Binui Group, which has been active worldwide for more than 50 years in construction and development, including construction of infrastructure, industrial buildings, hotels, commercial and housing projects, educational institutions and hospitals.
Shikun & Binui R.E.D. is widely involved in real estate development in Central and Eastern Europe (in countries like Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Germany and Hungary), and has already built 80,000 square meters of commercial, office and residential projects in Budapest.
Shikun & Binui R.E.D.’s real estate developments in Hungary include the Új Udvar Shopping Center, Izabella Kert, Stefánia Ház and Rózsa Udvar apartment houses, Újpest Office Park, and the Garden Ville Project in Üröm. Shikun & Binui R.E.D. is proud of being a partner in the ownership of the well known “Club Aliga” Resort on the shores of lake Balaton. Shikun & Binui R.E.D. is also soon to embark on two new residential projects in the outskirts of Budapest.
