Shikun & Binui R.E.D. will build its largest residential development with the Garden Ville brand name in the prime location of Törökbálint, on the hills of Tükörhegy. The Garden Ville Tükörhegy Project will actually create a new residential quarter with more than 1000 flats in Törökbálint.
The first phase, which will be built in an area that looks like an apple from above, will include 420 flats with unique layouts. Each flat will face two directions and in order to meet the latest market demands 44 m2 flats with 2 rooms and 55 m2 flats with 2,5 rooms will be offered for sale among a large variety of different size flats.
The outstanding quality buildings with fascinating views and special design, will embrace a park and a playground. The residents of the new Garden Ville Project will also benefit from the proximity of shops and a kindergarten on the ground floor. The owners of the panoramic flats will be able to reach large shopping facilities, such as Tesco, Ikea and Auchan within a few minutes’ drive.
Construction is expected to begin in the 4th quarter of 2011.
